I ask for a 6 month lease, at least, and the renter gives a 30 day notice of vacancy. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, through venmo or zelle. A rental agreement will be given on the first day of moving in that the renter will need to review and sign. I asked that the shared spaces by clean and maintained by both the renter and myself. Respect for common spaces and the items that are in the house already. No smoking inside the house and no pets. You may utilize the parking spot in the garage, next to my car, closest to the east wall of the garage.

Hello, I have a private room and private bath available for rent in my townhouse.… I bought the house about a year ago and have painted the rooms as well as installed new shutters.The bedroom room has a large window with shutters as well as a sliding door closet. The room also comes with a TV. The bathroom is a shower/tub combination and has a single sink vanity. Both the bedroom and bath are on the second level of the home. The house has central air and heat, can get cool/warm pretty quickly.
The spacious downstairs, which will be a shared space, has a decent size kitchen as well as dining room area. The living room, my favorite part of the house, is perfect for watching sports games or catching up on your favorite shows. Some other amenities are the washer and dryer which is located in the garage. You would have access to garage storage as well as parking in the double spot garage. Lastly, there is a fully furnished outdoor patio that would be a shared space as well. I have furniture out there along with a fire pit, for when it gets chilly out. Another great amenity is the community pool that is across the way, about a one minute walk. If you play tennis, there are also tennis courts in the community as well. The area is close to a lot of wonderful restaurants and bars. The 210 freeway is about a 2 minute drive, and the house is located near 5 different hospitals.
