Kensington is a gem of a upscale historical neighborhood in central San Diego. It has a little main street with restaruants, coffee shops, wine bar, pilates studio, organic market & deli and one of the best Mexican places in town. The cottage is literally half a block from all of this. And you can get anywhere in central SD in 15mins from this location.
This is a studio-loft space. The bed is up some stairs in the cosy loft space.
The Kitchenette has a small fridge, stove, convection oven, coffee machine, for cooking, microwave
Housekeeping service is available whenever you like. We suggest every 2 weeks having our housekeeper come and do a clean and change the bedding and bring you fresh towels etc.
I also own a Day Spa and Yoga Studio. My tenants get special rates at the Spa and also some free classes at the studio. If you want to do more yoga, I have an extremely cheap package for my guests.
Wi-Fi (Internet): Can keep current or get your own.
Private romantic patio w/orange tree & bougainvillea. Perfect for morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the day :).
