There are two bathrooms in the home and two driveways with room for vehicles, RVs, boats, or trailers. A 20-foot yurt is located on the property and is currently being renovated. A local dairy pickup location and private members association operate on the property, so visitors may occasionally access the right-front driveway during designated pickup times. GARDEN & HOMESTEAD The property includes four raised garden beds, fruit trees, and an active urban homestead. Participation in gardening is completely optional, but welcome for anyone who enjoys growing food, wellness-focused living, and spending time outdoors. HOUSEHOLD EXPECTATIONS Respectful, considerate shared living environment Common areas kept reasonably clean Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own bedrooms Professional house cleaning service provided monthly for common areas Month-to-month lease with flexibility for renewal Maximum 2 occupants per room No subletting Guests may stay up to 2 consecutive nights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing Quiet hours observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM Headphones required during quiet hours for music, television, gaming, and phone calls Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors after 9:00 PM Illegal drugs are prohibited.
