This home features top-of-the-line Marriott mattresses for a restful sleep. The open-air feel is enhanced by natural light and sea life artwork throughout. The living area boasts custom teal couches and swivel chairs, providing ample space for relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. A breakfast bar with stools and a dining area with a desk complete the space. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom. The bunk room features twin-over-queen bunks with a twin trundle bed, a Smart TV, and luggage storage. A full bathroom with a shower and tub is conveniently located down the hall. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed or a king bed, a Smart TV, and ample closet and dresser space.
A four-passenger golf cart is available as an add-on for $375 + tax per week, per stay during peak season (March through October). During the off-season (November through February), the golf cart is complimentary for guests. The community pool is open seasonally from April 1 to October 26. This property is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a $200 pet fee per booking. House-trained pets are permitted and must be crated if left unattended. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee. Parking is available for up to two vehicles; street parking is not permitted.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or additional fees may apply. A courtesy supply of toiletries is provided for the first day or so of your stay, but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. Beach towels are provided for poolside or beach use; please do not use white towels in these spaces. Golf cart use is not permitted for guests under age 25 due to insurance reasons. Drivers must be licensed and insured and sign a waiver prior to use. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately, or guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
