All Applications Should Include 1. RENTAL HISTORY: (current and previous landlords) for the last 4 years: Meaning complete name phone number and address of landlord(s) or property management(s). for the last 4 years. 2. PROOF OF PAYMENT: (for your current & previous leases or dwelling) for the last 12 months. Meaning providing bank statements, cash app payments, venmo payments, pay pal transactions or what ever sources you have used to pay for rent over the last 12 months (BLACK OUT YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS) these must have your name, dates, and whom the payments were made to. 3. EMPLOYMENT: Current and previous employment for the last 4 years Meaning complete name & address of employer(s) along with complete name and phone number(s) (including extensions) of manager or managers 4. OTHER SOURCES OF INCOME: disability, social security, child support, alimony and any other sources of income for the last 4 years 5. INCOME VERIFICATION: for the last 3 months Meaning 3 months of check stubs from employers or other income sources listed you MUST provide a bank statement or whatever source you use to collect payments showing said income depositing EVERY MONTH for the last 4 months. Example: pay pal cash ap venmo apple pay or a bank statement showing these deposits they must show your name date and where they are coming from OTHER TERMS WILL BE DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON THROUGH OUT COMMUNICATION AND AGAIN AT LEASE SIGNING Looking forward to meeting you and getting you into your new home!!
