Lease terms

Owner pays for HOA dues and internet service. Renter is responsible for all other utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas, trash, etc.). Upon move-out, the property must be left clean, undamaged, and in move-in ready condition, and all rent payments must be up to date in order to receive a refund of the security deposit, less a $300.00 move-out fee. No smoking and no pets are allowed on the property.
