Verifiable employment of 1+ year. Income requirement of 2.5 times the rent. No prior criminal background. . Application fee, credit and background check for each person 18+. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA.. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
