It has 2.0 large bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room with fireplace and modern kitchen with dishwasher and new washer and dryer in the apartment. It is in excellent condition, with 9-foot-high ceilings, lots of windows and beautiful hardwood floors. Washer and dryer in the apartment, as well as central air conditioning. Tenant pays for heat and the utilities. All around the building/area there are public meters for parking, or a permit can be obtained from the village to park at any of the six village parking lots. We also have garage parking in the adjacent building at a nominal price.
- The apartment is in an excellent location for New York City commuters- Harlem Line to Grand Central. Train station is across the street from the apartment so you can walk in one minute. Parking permits are available at huge discounts for Pleasantville residents.
- The Pace University shuttle bus picks up and drops off students right outside the building or is a 10 minute walk to campus.
- New York Medical College and Touro Dental School are a 5 minute car ride away.
