The location is one of the highlights. It's right above the fantastic restaurant Kismet, and there are plenty of other dining spots, bars, a grocery store, gas station, and the Metro station all within walking distance. The neighborhood, Los Feliz, has a vibrant local feel and is close to both Hollywood and Silver Lake. Check-in was simple with the key code system, so I never had to worry about keys. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable the bed and pillows especially were great. I did spot a few cobwebs, but it didn't take away from the overall comfort. The provided coffee was fine, though I preferred walking to Go Get Em Tiger nearby for a cappuccino and some people watching. Parking can be a bit tricky at first since there's no dedicated spot right outside, but I found a side street across the building and it was only a short walk. There's also no washer/dryer in the unit, but the nearest laundromat is just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was important for my Zoom calls. The Vermont/Sunset Metro station is only about a 5 7 minute walk, which made getting around really convenient." If you are looking for a budget friendly stay in a very cool neighborhood of Los Angeles, look no further! Stay in our studio apartment in the Los Feliz neighborhood. The building is a little bit older. The unit is on the second floor with no other units above it. Just downstairs there are restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Although the neighborhood is very walkable and lively, you might occasionally see unhoused people. BEDROOM The studio apartment offers a queen-size memory foam bed dressed in ultra-comfortable bedding for a restful night's sleep.
