Pros: - Walkable neighborhood with shops and restaurants - Near Barnsdall Art Park, which has amazing city views! - 1 block to Metro - Pet-friendly Cons: - Street-facing, so you may hear street noise - Street parking only - One flight of stairs to climb - Hardwood hallways can be noisy If I were to review my own apartment this would be the review: "I had an excellent stay here! The location was super convenient just a quick walk to the Metro and bus stops, which made it easy to get around LA without needing a car. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and even a park were all within walking distance, which was a big plus. The neighborhood itself felt calm and safe, and close to the main areas of Los Feliz. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The bed was large and very cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. Communication with the management team was excellent they were responsive at all times and even helped me out after checkout when I accidentally left something behind. That kind of care really stood out. A couple of things to note: street parking takes a little figuring out, but I always managed to find a spot (and even learned a few tricks nearby). There's also some music from the restaurant below that goes a little past the "quiet hours," but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with great value, a central location, and wonderful management team. I'd definitely stay here again!" The building is a little bit older. The unit is on the second floor with no other units above it. Just downstairs there are restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Although the neighborhood is very walkable and lively, you might occasionally see unhoused people.
