Must have valid completed Zillow application to schedule a showing. No showings without valid completed application which can be used for numerous properties for 30 days under RLTO. No exceptions. Animals accepted with $375.00 Non- refundable deposit and pet rent between $25-$35 a month based on pet size and type. No smoking-no exceptions. Tenant pays for ComEd only plus $35.00 monthly fee which covers water and trash and is included above. Renters insurance highly recommend, although not required. Available program for reporting rent to credit bureaus for additional fee. Minimum 12 month lease.
