Open concept living room with slider to a private balcony, queen size hide-a-bed couch, TV and dining area. Fully equipped galley kitchen has new white cabinets, stainless steel appliances. Bath has a new walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage. Dock and heated pool. Beautiful views of sunsets on St. Joseph's Sound. Two kayaks that come with the condo and can be launched onsite. Gazebo with gas grill and picnic table. Honeymoon Island State Park is minutes away and a pass to the park is included. Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery store, drug store, fitness center, and gas station. Close to Dunedin shops, restaurants, festivals and the TD Blue Jays Baseball Stadium for summer ball. Golf at Dunedin Country Club and other courses. Fishing from the dock or from the 2 kayaks. The Pinellas Trail can be accessed from the condo. Clearwater and Clearwater beach are a short drive. The Dunedin Fine Arts Center and the Dunedin Community Center are close and offers classes. Up front requirement includes the first and last month rent, damage deposit, cleaning fee, Florida tourist tax. The Dolphin Point Condo Association requires a $100 application fee and background check. We prefer to meet potential renters either in person or through Zoom. We can share reviews from previous renters since 2022.
