Lease terms

Initial 12-month lease with option to renew. Following the initial lease term, tenancy may continue on a month-to-month basis or be renewed for an additional fixed term upon mutual agreement. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. HOA move-in and move-out fees of $200.00 applies ($100 each, payable by tenant). One gate/entry remote and applicable building access keys will be provided at move-in. Tenant is responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, damaged, or unreturned keys, remotes, fobs, access devices, or entry credentials, including any applicable HOA fees. Water, sewer, and trash service are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity, internet, and any other utilities not specifically included in the lease. Occupancy limited to three (3) residents. Assigned covered parking and private storage unit included. Community laundry facilities located within the building. Renter's insurance required. No smoking. Applicants must complete a Zillow application and screening report and are responsible for any fees charged by Zillow. All applicants are subject to credit, income, background, and rental history verification.
