Enjoy the 1,000+ sq ft screened-in lanai with a convertible heated pool/hot tub, a gas grill, a sofa sectional, a 75" smart TV, and outdoor dining. The courtyard features a firepit area with seating and jasmine-lined privacy landscaping, as well as an outdoor shower. A golf cart is available for rent at a discounted rate. This is a pet-friendly property with prior approval and a $200 pet fee. Located steps from the white-sand beach, this home is also close to grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and Target.
