Modern, light and airy home for rent in the Sunnyside/North Highlands area. The house was built in 2015 with industrial yet comfortable design by locally reknowned firm Work Shop. The house is located on a quiet residential street with plenty of parking and trees, and boasts two 2 car garages. The home is perfectly centrally located to downtown Denver, the great shops and dining of Tennyson, and easy access to E70 and the mountains. Rocky Mountain park is a block away, and a great location to walk and enjoy even more nature. The home has two large primary bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, and one additional large bedroom with an adjacent full bath. The main floor is one large open space with custom kitchen (including an oversized fridge and giant freezer!), island with seating space, dining area, sitting area, laundry/pantry, and powder room.
