Rules & Regulations - Rent Payment: The move-in deposit is due at the time of lease signing. The remainder of rent is due on move-in day, both via the online portal. Late payments are subject to late fees as outlined in the lease agreement. - No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. - No Pets: Pets are not allowed to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. - Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please always keep noise to a minimum when outside. - No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and events are not allowed. - Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of long-term guests is limited to 1 person per room. Short term visitors are allowed as long as they follow house rules as well. - Cleanliness: Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in trash bins. Avoid wearing shoes in the property when possible. - Respect the Property: Treat the property and its contents with care. Report any damages immediately. - Safety: Ensure the front door locks behind when leaving the property by pressing & holding the green checkmark at the bottom. These Rules and Regulations are not exhaustive and may be supplemented or modified from time to time upon written notice to Tenant.
