The high school that your children would be bussed to is West Field although Roy High is closer but you would need to drive them and get a variance. With new roof (2022) ,new furnace/ac, water heater, water softener, (2022) newer carpets in major living spaces (Oct 2021), You will have worry and maintenance free living.
