No cats are allowed. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, with violations resulting in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will incur a charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Exterior security cameras are in place for security purposes. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, an additional cleaning fee of $125 is required. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guests must be 21+ to book, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. All dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before leaving. Windows should be kept closed for security. Laundry machines should not be overloaded, sandy items should not be washed, and the dryer lint trap should be cleaned. The storage closet must be kept closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Furniture should not be rearranged. Guests acknowledge and agree that they are using the pool at their own risk. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool. Guests should not use the pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the pool. No oils, lotions, or soaps should be brought into the pool. Guests must follow all posted pool guidelines and not engage in risky behavior. Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
