Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule and may incur additional charges of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. No cats are allowed, and any pet causing damages will incur additional charges. Garage access is not permitted. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations and additional charges for repair or cleaning costs. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must be kept closed and locked. Furniture should not be rearranged. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Exterior security cameras are placed for security purposes only and will result in a $200 charge if disconnected. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, an additional cleaning of $125 is required. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Pool rules include using at your own risk, supervision for children under 16, no use under the influence of alcohol or drugs, showering before entering, no oils, lotions, or soaps in the pool, and no risky behavior. Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest. The pool heater is available only between October and February for an additional charge of $50 per day, with at least 48 hours' notice required.
