Plenty of dishware, cooking utensils, and a single-serve coffee machine with coffee pods are provided. The living room features a smart TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi. For your comfort, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are supplied. There is also heating, air conditioning, and a gas fireplace in the living room.
One vehicle can park in the driveway. A pack 'n Play is available. There is a $99 per dog fee, with a max of 2. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty.

Downtown Portland or the Moda Center are a short commute away. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
