Right of Entry: Owner may enter the premises with reasonable notice for inspections, repairs, construction, or emergencies as permitted by law. Termination for Cause: Violation of lease terms, non-payment, unauthorized occupants, damage, or illegal activity may result in termination of tenancy. Governing Law: Lease shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located.
