There is off street parking for up to 3 cars, laundry on site. Do not block the driveway by parking parallel in the street at the entrance of the driveway. Keep the laundry machine clean and empty the lint trap on the dryer after every use. The owner pays for cable and internet, tenants pay the other utilities. Forced Air heating for the colder months and central AC for the hotter times. The house is fully furnished, no removal of decorations, or hanging things on the walls with nails or other hardware after move in, you are renting a furnished house that will change to a Short Term Rental in the Summer. Fees will be applied for repairs and restorations to holes in the walls, doors, or any other modifications to the house. There are TV's with cable to every room and wifi internet. No TV installation or additional cabling or wiring allowed by tenants or outside groups. Living Room will serve as the 4th bedroom. The house is available during the academic school year from September 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 and possible a little longer if needed. No smoking in the house or on the property, no parties, no pets. Students be prepared to have parents co sign. Tenants are required to keep the house clean and maintain the condition of the building, the way they receive it. Tenants are responsible for bagging and removing their trash from the house and placing it in the rubbish container and recycling container respectively. Tenants are also expected maintain the refuse containers and keep them from growing mold, maggots, or attracting other pests. They are also expected to place the grey trash container and the green compost container on the Street every Friday and the blue recycling container every other Friday.
