The large multipurpose room at the front of the house includes an adjustable-height desk and comfortable office chair at the large front window as well as another 55 inch smart TV and foam beanbag loveseat. New curtains have been placed at all windows, including black-out curtains in all bedrooms (not shown in photos). The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a gas, double-oven range and two fridges (one in the kitchen, another in the pantry/laundry room). There is a washer and dryer in the pantry. The fully fenced back yard contains a deck outfitted with grill and seating (not shown in photos), plus a fire pit. While there is no iron, there is a clothes steamer in the pantry. The whole-house Generac generator ensures uninterrupted power. On-demand hot water heater ensures uninterrupted showers and baths. There is a charcoal grill and deck seating (not shown in photos).
