Accommodating up to 8 guests, this home is perfect for two small families, a couples trip, or a friends getaway. Its spacious layout, modern design, and private pool will have you entering "relax" mode from your first steps inside.
This home features a comfortable sectional in the living room with a Smart TV and provided Hulu Live. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with on-demand water & ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, a standard coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, and toaster. The dining area offers seating for 6. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in glass door shower with two shower heads.
Enjoy a large, private pool in the spacious fenced-in backyard, which can be optionally heated (inquire for pricing). An optional six-passenger golf cart rental is available. This home is pet-friendly, with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, and a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay; please inquire about availability and pricing. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Pool heating is not included and cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55F. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, plus a six-passenger golf cart.
Located in the heart of Destin, this home is within 3 short blocks to the most beautiful sugar sand beaches. It's situated at the entrance of the cozy Sunsail neighborhood, with easy access to Highway 98 for convenient travel to local restaurants, shopping, and activities. The town is fairly easy to navigate, with most attractions directly off the main road.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. No noise past 10 PM local ordinance. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
