Feel at home in this gorgeous, coastal modern styled 3-bedroom cottage in the heart of Crystal Beach, accommodating up to 8 guests. Its spacious layout, modern design, and private pool promise immediate relaxation.
The chef in your family will enjoy being part of the day-to-day with the kitchen being open to the living space. The kitchen comes fully equipped to include a large fridge with on-demand water & ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, standard coffee maker, Nespresso Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. The breakfast bar completes the kitchen space, with three stools to enjoy a light meal or an after-pool snack. The dining area is also a part of the open layout, with seating for 6 at the table. The master bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a large Smart TV with Hulu Live, a full-length mirror for getting ready, a large walk-in closet, dresser space, and an en-suite bathroom. Guests can also enjoy easy access to the backyard directly through the master bedroom. The bathroom is equally as spacious with his and hers sinks, a toilet, and a large walk-in glass door shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, a Smart TV with Hulu Live, and ample closet and dresser space. The hallway bathroom is also easily accessible by a private entrance to this bedroom. Down the hall, guests can find the bunk room, with twin-over-twin bunks, a Smart TV with Hulu Live, and plenty of space for luggage storage in the closet. A twin trundle bed is offered under the bunks for extra guests. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway bathroom.
A large, private pool (optionally heated, inquire for pricing) is available in the spacious fenced-in backyard. An optional six-passenger golf cart rental is available. This is a pet-friendly home, with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs per booking. Beach towels are provided for guests to use poolside or at the beach.
This home is located in the heart of Destin, within 3 short blocks to the most beautiful sugar sand beaches. It's located at the entrance of the cozy Sunsail neighborhood, with easy access to Highway 98 for local restaurants, shopping, and activities.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. No noise past 10 PM local ordinance. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay. Please inquire about availability and pricing. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Pool heating is not included. Please inquire about pricing, which varies by season and length of stay. Pool heating cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55F. Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. There is parking to accommodate up to 2 vehicles, plus a six-passenger golf cart. Street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
The living room features a comfortable sectional, a Smart TV with provided Hulu Live for guests, and a great reading nook with two snug accent chairs.
We provide a pack & play, high chair, and kids dishes/silverware. These items are always at the home, available for guest use. Our cleaners supply a courtesy supply of toiletries for roughly the first day or so of your stay (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish detergent) but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. We do not stock spices, condiments, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.
