Lease terms

Landlord pays for water and garbage. Renter is responsible for all other utilities. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed (pending approval by owner). Security deposit due on acceptance, first month and pet deposit due on move-in. OUR APPROACH: We do not utilize a first-come, first-served approach. We allow time for people to see the unit and apply (through Zillow) and then we set a cutoff for applications, at which point we present our recommended applications to the owners. We also pride ourselves on clear and timely communication throughout the process, which has received a lot of positive feedback in the past. We look forward to working with you in your search! NOTE: This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy.

Quiet, tranquil neighborhood in the literal center of the City! Great walking and transportation scores! Cozy 2-bedroom/1-bath unit with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from its large, north-facing kitchen window. Both bedrooms have their own heaters for those foggy SF nights (and days). Eat-in kitchen with walk-in pantry and in-wall ironing board (for when you need to iron your outfit while 'scrambling' to make breakfast - sorry ;-) ). Back stairs lead to shared, coin-operated laundry facilities as well as building trash/recycling/compost and additional unit storage. There is also a shared garden on the east side of the house. Great unit in an incredible location! Sorry - street parking only.
