The tenant will need to provide their own refrigerator and stove. We do not allow pets, and there is no smoking inside the home. The lease is for one year. The rent is $1,300 per month, and the security deposit is $1,300, so you would need to have $2,600 available for the first month's rent and deposit if you decide you would like to move forward with the home. If you have a prior eviction on your rental history, we would need an explanation regarding the circumstances. Depending on the situation and our screening criteria, a higher security deposit may be required. If that applies to you, we can discuss the details with you before moving forward. The home is ready for move-in. We do not hold properties, so before scheduling a showing, we like to make sure prospective tenants are prepared to move forward financially if they decide the home is right for them.
