The pool can be heated with an extra gas fee collected at booking. HOUSE DOES HAVE SOLAR, AC AND ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER - For heating the pool to 84 degrees, during winter and spring, Guest will be presented with actual gas bills, and amounts will be deducted from the $600 gas utility collected at booking. For the summer months, AC will be required 24/7 due to desert temperatures. A $800 utility fee will be collected at booking. Guest will be presented with monthly electricity bills, and amounts used will be deducted from the $800 utility fee collected. Usage under $800 will be refunded to Guest after departure. Can also be booked on AIRBNB for 28 days or longer.
