Also near ASU, restaurants, and Kleinman Park. Kleinman Park offers pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. Costco, Frys, Winco, shopping within 1 mile.
Two Bedroom, two bath unit. 3 adults max or 2 adults with 2 children that could share the queen and full size bed. Black out curtains and Smart TV's in each bedroom.
The community is gated after 5pm and on weekends, accessible by unit codes....very safe and close to the highway, shopping, dining and hospitals.
Quiet and safe setting. 4 pools including one heated and a Jacuzzi. Tennis, basketball and raquetball/handball courts. Covered barbeque areas. Pool and tennis court can be view from living room.
Very close to shopping, 24 hr restaurants, and medical facilities. Bus stop within walking distance. Complex has a variety of residents from students to retired couples. Very quiet.
Unit itself has newer Stainless Steel Kitchen. Newer front load washer & dryer. Newer Smart Tvs in the living room and the two bedrooms. Room darkening shades and drapes along with ceiling fans. Attentive Landlord within 15 minutes should you need additional supplies,i.e. kitchen supplies, linen etc.
