A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Check-out time is 10 AM. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
