Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests must respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, a few small bugs may wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation, with up to two cars in the driveway and one on the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Self check-in is available via a keypad.
