Lease terms

MID-TERM RENTAL TERMS Minimum stay: 1 month. Maximum stay: 6 months unless otherwise approved in writing by Owner. No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside the property, garage, or common areas. No parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior. Tenants must respect neighbors and comply with all local noise ordinances. Occupancy is limited to approved guests listed on the lease agreement. No subletting or unauthorized occupants. Pets are subject to Owner approval and may require an additional deposit or fee. Tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the lease term. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the Tenant. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Commercial activities, illegal activities, and business operations conducted from the property are prohibited. Owner reserves the right to terminate the lease for material violations of these terms, subject to applicable laws and notice requirements. For stays longer than 30 days, Tenant is required to obtain and maintain renter's insurance for the duration of the lease. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to occupancy. Tenant's personal property is not covered by the Owner's insurance policy. *This property is intended to provide a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for medical professionals, corporate travelers, and other responsible guests.
