The unit has a full-size refrigerator with a dormitory-style kitchen. It also has its own air conditioning and heater for you to control your indoor climate independently. The owner resides in the main part of the residence. The unit is very comfortable, convenient, private, and nice by many standards. Rent is $925/month with all utilities*, TV, and Wifi included. *Energy conservation practices (i.e., turn off utilities and devices using power when you are not home, etc.) are required. Monthly utility bills will show compliance with conservation practices. Deposit is interest-free @ $1200. Last month's rent of $925 also required. A $150 quarterly (tri-monthly) credit when rent is prepaid in three-month intervals, resulting in a $ 50-per-month credit, reflecting only an $875/month rental.
