The dramatic open living room features 20ft ceilings and a 16'x6' window, flooding the space with natural light. Climb the wrought iron spiral staircase to the primary bedroom loft. There's also an additional rear staircase with access to the 2nd floor that connects the back two bedrooms. Enjoy the large front patio to watch the neighborhood stroll by. If you'd prefer more privacy, we have a second brick patio at the rear of the building with a table, grill, and fire pit. Please note: the location is on a quiet area of the street so guests can walk to the action without having to be in the bustle of this popular area. We have TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom. Beds: We have a king size bed in the primary bedroom/loft (which is open to the living room below), a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom (open to the back stairwell leading to the ground floor bedroom), and a king bed in the 3rd bedroom (closed to the living room, but open to the stairwell up to the 2nd floor bedroom). The 2nd floor bathroom has an enclosed bathtub and shower unit, and the ground floor full bath has a shower. Guest access You will have sole access to the apartment itself with a private entrance. Access to the shared front, brick patio, and the fenced backyard are also available. Other things to note The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, while on different floors, are connected by an open staircase. There is complete visual privacy, but some noise can travel between these two rooms. Pets are negotiable and if allowed, limited to one dog under 40lbs with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.
