LEASE TERMS Rent: $2,550/month Utilities: $75 per person/month (covers electricity, water, sewer, and garbage). Internet is not included; cable is available. Security Deposit: $1,000 refundable (less any damages beyond normal wear and tear). Deposit may be paid over 6 months upon request. Lease Options: 6- or 12-month lease, with month-to-month available thereafter. Move-in Date: September 1, 2026 No Smoking Maximum Occupancy: 3 people Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. Maximum of 2 pets. $300 refundable pet deposit per pet. Some flexibility on the move-in date may be available for the right tenant. Qualified applicants will be invited to a brief Zoom introduction to discuss the home and review rental requirements. Selected applicants will be scheduled for a private showing by appointment. The Zillow application will be requested only after the showing and includes credit, background, and reference checks.
