Tucked in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this retreat is just minutes from the ocean, great dining, shops, and nearby coastal attractions. It's the perfect place to slow down and truly enjoy the coast.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. The home is 100% smoke-free, including vaping and cannabis, indoors and on the patio, with a $250 cleaning fee if smoke odor is detected. Smoking is permitted only outside and away from windows and doors. Please keep the AC set to 77F when you leave for the day or at checkout, and keep all exterior doors and windows closed when AC is running. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late departures may incur a $50/hour fee.
Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please place bins at the curb the night before and return them after pickup if you're still on-site. Bag all kitchen trash before placing it in outdoor bins to prevent pests. Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the home. In the rare event of a tropical storm or hurricane warning during your stay, please follow all official Palm Beach County evacuation orders.
