Enjoy your meals in the cozy two-seating dining area. The interior boasts a king-sized bed with a premium memory foam mattress, stylish furniture, and tile flooring throughout for easy maintenance. For entertainment, a smart TV is available for streaming your favorite shows. One parking space is available for guests, though it is not assigned. Access to a community washer and dryer is included. Located in the heart of Okaloosa Island, this community is surrounded by a variety of dining options, with Buchetti's Poolside Pizzeria just a short walk away. Okaloosa Island offers a more secluded and relaxed atmosphere compared to its bustling neighbor, Destin, while still providing easy access to attractions, family-friendly activities, seafood restaurants, bars, and breakfast spots. The nearest public beach access is steps away at Okaloosa Island Beach Access Two - Emerald View Beachwalk. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes must be removed when inside the home. Be mindful of tropical bugs such as mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, and no-see-ums, as they may be encountered. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed, and guests who bring pets will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within one hour of occupancy. Children are not child-proofed, and it is the parents' responsibility to child-proof the unit. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests must dispose of food in the trash can and use the garbage disposal for small food remnants only. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/door hardware. Neighbors are to be respected, and noise should be kept to a minimum, with quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels, and to avoid using them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks, as stained or damaged linens will incur a replacement or cleaning fee. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. The smart TV allows guests to log in to their streaming accounts for a personalized viewing experience. The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions along with a 4-digit access code. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry.
