The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knives, cutting board, pots and pans, glasses, flatware, and utensils. Both bathrooms are clean and comfortable, including large rain-head showers, vanities, commodes, storage, and are stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. The main bathroom also has a tub. The unit has its own heat and thermostat, as well as window AC units for the summer. Free parking is available in the driveway for 1-2 cars, and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and has no time limits. Guests have access to a shared patio and backyard including a grill and outdoor furniture. Located in the quiet and peaceful North Quincy neighborhood, this home is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and offers convenient access to Boston by car (15-25 minutes) or public transportation (30-45 minutes). You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. A great corner market with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store is only two blocks away. The North Quincy T Station on the Red Line is a 15-minute, 3/4 mile walk, providing a 25-minute ride downtown. The home is also close to highway 93 for quick access to Boston and the South Shore. Driving times to downtown Boston are approximately 15 minutes, the airport 15 minutes, TD Garden 15 minutes, Fenway Park 25 minutes, Plymouth 45 minutes, and Cape Cod an hour (times may vary with traffic).
