This offering is for the full one bedroom house The first floor of the house has the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, work island, dining area, bakers rack and patio doors. The large living room has bamboo flooring, non-working decorative stone fireplace, sofa, comfortable chairs, entertainment armoire with smart TV and blue ray player. The 3/4 bath (shower/no tub) has a tile floor. The enclosed porch offers additional seasonal living space with it's sitting and dining area and wonderful views. Upstairs is the large bedroom with bamboo flooring, a queen bed, an additional twin bed, desk, plenty of storage and windows looking out to the scenic lake. A dog may be considered. Smoking is prohibited on the property. Sorry there is no washer/dryer hookups. The house is only available during the academic year 9/1/26 - 5/31/27 with a possible option of retuning the following academic year. There is also the possibility of moving in up to 5 days early at the rate of $48 a day. Sorry the house is not available during the summer
