Possibly mid June if needed. (I will need to work with current tenants on their move out date) Rental is for 1 year, then month to month. We can be flexible, explain your situation up front. If anyone is caught smoking in condo or on the grounds you would be fined $100 and lease will be terminated immediately. Background and credit check required.
