Lease terms

-Lease duration: The standard lease duration for this property is 12 months. However, a shorter or longer lease term may be negotiated with the landlord. -Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required prior to move-in. -Pet policy: Small pets are allowed at the discretion of the owner. -Smoking policy: This property is strictly non-smoking. -Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities -Appliances: The property is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. These appliances will be maintained by the landlord but any damages caused by the tenant will be their responsibility. -Parking: One designated parking spot is included with the rental of this property. Additional parking may be available at an extra cost. -Application process: All interested applicants must complete an application and undergo a background and credit check. -Maintenance/repairs: Any necessary repairs or maintenance must be reported to the landlord immediately. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse of the property. -Early termination clause: In case of early termination of the lease agreement, tenants will be responsible for paying rent until the end of their lease term or until a new tenant is found, whichever comes first. -Holding fee/deposit: If approved for tenancy, a holding fee/deposit equivalent to one month's rent may be required within 24 hours to secure the rental unit. This amount will go towards your first month's rent upon move-in.
