This dormitory-style efficiency apartment has its own kitchen and shares a bath which is used by only the two people who live in two adjacent units. The building is locally owned and managed by us, the owners -- not a big, out-of-town corporation that is out to profiteer from student housing. No application fee or expensive "facilities fee." Much quieter than the raucous developments which are marketed to students as venues for partying. Also much, much closer to the University of Wyoming's Classroom Building -- only a 4 block walk or a couple of minutes by bike. No shuttle to wait for! No fighting for spaces near campus! No expensive parking permits or citations! The unit is rented furnished, complete with all the furniture you need -- including twin bed with built-in bureau (not shown in the picture; we took the picture from it), table, shelves, and entertainment console. This unit is available for lease until May or July (sorry, but due to market conditions in Laramie, we cannot sign a lease that ends in winter). Building is pet-free and smoke-free.
