Lease terms

*Property will not be shown without an approved application* *Applicant must have an email and checking account for our online rental portal* 1.All properties are SMOKE-FREE and ANIMAL-FREE- a $1000 fine for each incident is stated above for any violations 2.All tenants must pay the agreed-upon rent via AUTOMATIC ACH transfer on the 1st of each month. Once your application is approved we will provide the paperwork to establish this transfer 3.Only tenants listed on the lease agreement are permitted to live at the property.
