Hammocks 2 is a 55+ community so one resident must be at least 55. Small dogs will be considered with additional non refundable deposit. Sit on the deck or in the oversized kitchen and dining area with a full view of the water, wildlife and golf game or walk across the street to the community pool. This fully furnished 3/2.5 is stocked with the every day needs. Basic cable and WiFi are hooked up. The first floor master has a king sized bed, large ensuite vanity, full private bath with second vanity, walk in closet and triple door sliding closet as well as sliding doors out to the patio with a view of the golf course. The living room has ample seating, open plan to the dining room, vaulted ceilings and sliders out to the front private courtyard. There's also a half bath on the first floor. Upstairs there is a second oversized guest room / suite with a queen set, love seat and entertainment center that has a birds eye vies of the golf course. This room also has a triple door closet for lots of storage. There is a large full bath on the second floor and an office / third bedroom with a full set. The garage is an oversized two car with more sliding closet storage and wall cabinets. The townhouse has all new appliances, flooring, paint and furnishings. New roof was just completed March 2024. Bent Tree Golf Course is open to the public and your view would be, per their web site, on one of their two signature holes. The property is kept private from golfers by the beautiful water feature behind where birds, fish and turtles are in abundance. The community has beautiful pools, a park with gazebo and pond that can be fished with a permit. The grounds are graced with mature trees and native plant making walks or golf cart rides through the community a relaxing outing. Publix, I75 access, restaurants and most other conveniences are just a short drive around the corner. Application process: There is an HOA and HOA application that must be completed and paid for by applicant. Applicants will also be approved for residence by the board as well. Rules and regulations will be provided. Please note there are no pick up trucks, motorcycles and dogs are limited in size per the HOA. This is a NON SMOKING unit, no burning of any kind inside (incense, oil lamps), no large events, no subletting. Visitors and guests are welcome. This is a non smoking unit.
