Quiet Hours Quiet Hours - 10pm - 8am - Every Day This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If there are complaints from neighbors about loud noise, partying, or inappropriate behavior. You will be subject to a $100 fine for violating this rule. Furniture Please do not move furniture. Tables, Chairs, Couches, Beds, Nightstands, Rugs, Appliances, and any other furniture shall not be moved from its original space. Moving furniture from it's original location may be subject to a $100 fine for violating this rule. Smart TV Netflix, HULU, Youtube TV, and other apps are available on the Smart TV. Please access these on your own account and be sure to sign out. Cleaning Info Cleaning supplies is located under the kitchen / bathroom sinks. A vacuum & spray mop can be found in the front entry closet. Kindly set your shoes on the shoe mat inside the front door. No shoes to be worn upstairs on the carpet/rugs. Excessive cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply for dirt, mud, grass, or stains on the floors or rugs. Safety Info A first aid kit is located under the bathroom vanities. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen pantry or under the sink. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS The laundry room is located in the first floor bathroom. We provide some laundry detergent for each guest. Guests are recommended to purchase their own laundry detergent if doing more than a few loads. Iron & Ironing Board are available in the laundry room. Pet Policy We are dog friendly! Pet fee of $200 per pet applies (unless emotional support or assistance animal). Undocumented pets will be subject to $1000 fine and immediate eviction. Please pickup all pet waste after your pet. A fee of $100 will be applied if there is pet waste found after you leave. Smoking Policy Smoking is only allowed outside, at least 20ft away from the home. No smoking inside the home or garage. Please dispose of all smoking waste in the yellow trash bins. If debris is found after your stay, a $500 fine will be applied. Gym Equipment All guests acknowledge fitness equipment is inherently dangerous. Host assumes no responsibility for injuries caused while using the fitness equipment. Use at your own risk.
