This apartment has hardwood floors, laundry and manager on site.… We do our best to keep it well maintained while sticking with the vintage 1950s style from when the building was originally constructed. The Owner pays water and waste you're responsible for SDGE and internet/tv. There are no dogs (due to hardwood floors) cats are OK and no indoor smoking (there is an outdoor area where smoking is allowed).
