Lease terms

No smoking in unit. We are open to month to month or a longer lease if that is more comfortable. Tenant will be responsible for water, electricity, and garbage. Sonic Internet and the landscape maintenance is covered by the Property management. Parking is provided for 1 vehicle in the garage, no parking in the driveway that will block the travel of any vehicles or Fire/Ambulance vehicle access. The property management will have scheduled property walks periodically 3-4 months All wall mounts for TV's will be supplied and installed by the property management company, and any large items that need to be wall mounted needs to be reviewed and on approval the property management will install. Rent will be paid in the first week of the month and late fees will be applied as scheduled: 1 week late= $50 2 weeks late $100, 3 weeks late= eviction notice will be served. Property management needs to be notified if rent payment will be late. No Overnight visitors longer than 1 week, property management needs to be notified if any visitors longer than 1 week will be at the unit.
