Looking for a respectful resident that's truly looking for a second chance. No drama. Just peace. We only have rules in place for people who need it. If you're a nice respectful person that pay on time, our rules will be a breeze. All of the house rules must be followed. If house rules are broken, an eviction will be served. If something gets damaged, it will be the residents responsibility to pay for the damages. Nothing is to be fixed unless it goes through management first for approval. No smoking inside the home, no pets, no alcohol, no firearms. Wash and Dry all bedding, clothing, and lining on HIGH HOT HEAT prior to moving in. NO HEATER FANS ARE ALLOWED unless management approval. No vehicles are to be stored at the property that isn't being used or in working condition. No tires, or any junk can be stored outside on the property. No manipulation of camera movement. Safety signs, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are not to be moved. No painting the walls unless management approval. Do not remove anything from the home that was purchased for the daily living of the home. Clean up behind yourself especially in kitchen and the restrooms. NO OPEN UNSEALED FOOD is to be kept in your room. No food or empty containers or dishware should be left in the common areas. Immediately after eating, the area should be cleaned up. Must clean up all Personal Items, Dishes and Trash. Quartely inspection will be done by management. No windows are to be left open if you're not there. We are not responsible for any stolen items. Please keep your important items locked up. Lights out at 10pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. No cooking on the stove from hours of 10pm-6am. Respect everyone labeled shelf, cabinet, and refrigerator space. Don't touch other resident bought items unless agreed upon. Respect each other at all times and treat others as you would like to be treated. Do not go in anyone room unless agreed upon by that person(s). You Must wash your own laundry at least once every two weeks, preferably every week. Laundry days will vary. No fighting nor threatening will be allowed.
