NO HEATER FANS ARE ALLOWED unless management approval. No vehicles are to be stored at the property that isn't being used or in working condition. No tires, or any junk can be stored outside on the property. No manipulation of camera movement. Cameras that's in common areas and outside is not to be touched unless management approval. Safety signs, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are not to be moved. No painting the walls unless management approval. Do not remove anything from the home that was purchased for the daily living of the home. Clean up behind yourself especially in kitchen and the restrooms. NO OPEN UNSEALED FOOD is to be kept in your room. No food or empty containers or dishware should be left in the common areas. Immediately after eating, the area should be cleaned up. Must clean up all Personal Items, Dishes and Trash. Quartely inspection will be done by management. No windows are to be left open if you're not there. We are not responsible for any stolen items. Please keep your important items locked up. Lights out at 10pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. No cooking on the stove from hours of 10pm-6am. Respect everyone labeled shelf, cabinet, and refrigerator space. Don't touch other resident bought items unless agreed upon. Respect each other at all times and treat others as you would like to be treated. Do not go in anyone room unless agreed upon by that person(s). You Must wash your own laundry at least once every two weeks, preferably every week. Laundry days will vary. Must complete designated chores. No fighting nor threatening will be allowed.

The common areas are the living room and dining room as well. The laundry area is only open during certain times.
