Full kitchen and bathroom. Close to downtown, clean, safe and quiet. Please see the pictures that do more than words can say. Laundry on site. It is a unit above the garage and is set up to be two levels. The level just above the garage has the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is upstairs in the open bedroom. Ceiling fan. It's a solid place that meets the needs of many and can be dialed in super nicely. Internet not strong enough for gaming. Street parking only, but plenty of it. No meters in this part of town nor are there permits required.

We don't allow pets due to allergies of the owners and future occupants. If you have pets, it's great, just not a good fit for us. Cleanliness is a must!
