Deposit - A deposit is needed to put to hold an apartment, and if you don't pass the review process that usually is done within 1 day, your deposit will be refunded. Due to higher demand, if you don't put down a deposit other people may get the apartment first - this has happened, and to be fair to everyone, we have a first come first serve policy. Application Fee - The $35 application fee for credit and background check per adult is not refundable. Occupants - 3 People maximum, including kids, per CA State Recommendations. Deposit: $995 with approved credit. Pets Policy: No Pets Allowed Deposit Policy: We have a record of returning all or most of the deposits to people who move.
