Tenant is responsible for gas/electric, cable, internet, phone, trash, and water/sewer. There is a seperate $79/mo fee for the solar panels. The solar panels help significantly lower the cost of the monthly Xcel bill. $40 application fee per adult over the age of 18 and named on lease. We do a full credit and background check including employment and residential verification check.
