Tenants are responsible for all utilities associated with the property, in this case electric, internet and trash is so desired. First month's rent and a security deposit are due in full at the time of lease signing. The security deposit will be held to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear and will be returned in accordance with Florida law after the lease term ends. A maximum of three pets is allowed on the property, subject to prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 is required for the first 2 pets, and $300 for each additional pet, up to the maximum allowed.
