The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, high-end amenities, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a blender, toaster, toaster oven, and a Crockpot. The island provides bar seating, and basic cooking essentials are provided.
Relax on the lanai or in the screened pool area, which features a heated pool, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and pool toys. The spacious yard includes a volleyball net and an electric grill. Beach gear such as 6 bicycles, beach toys, and an umbrella are provided, along with a wagon. A portable crib is available. Parking is available in the garage for 1 vehicle and the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.

This is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed. No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Four exterior security cameras are present, facing outward. Camera 1 is at the main entrance, cameras 2 and 3 are on the front of the house facing the driveway and front yard, and camera 4 is on the rear exterior facing the pool. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces, and camera 4 can be deactivated upon arrival. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected.
